Sponsors are invited to promote Wood & Forest (W&F) and their participation in the event in
their advertizing material, including website, Facebook page and other social networks. In return,
Boisés Est, W&F’s organizer, commits to similarly support their forest-related activities.
Boisés Est hopes to develop longer term relationships with its W&F sponsors. Please note that,
beyond attracting those involved in the wood and forest industry sectors, we are trying to make
the general public aware of our forest heritage’s value.
Sponsors who are members of Boisés Est are encouraged to identify themselves as such on their
signs or banners. The necessary logo will be provided.

Boisés Est and the Riceville Agricultural Society, which owns the grounds, deny any
responsibility for any damage or loss that may occur to the sponsor’s property on the site.
